We help people in Central Kansas find genuine relief from pelvic pain, urinary and bowel conditions, men’s health, sexual dysfunction, orthopedic pelvic pain, and pre- and post-natal conditions.
The GoodLife Difference.
-
Whole Body Approach
The pelvic floor is important…but so is every other part of you! By assessing your entire body, treatment is customized to address the root cause of the problem to achieve optimal results.
-
One-on-one Treatment
You will work with the same doctorate level trained Pelvic Floor Therapist every visit in a safe and comfortable environment. Each session last 60 minutes, involving hands-on treatment, customized interventions, and clear instructions on strategies to work on between visits.
-
Pelvic Health Expert
At GoodLife, we specialize in pelvic dysfunctions. All day, everyday. Years of training and experience influence the care we provide. This isn’t a marketing strategy or “pelvic floor” bandwagon fad like some advertise. Pelvic health is our passion.
“I am beyond thankful to have found Roxi. Pelvic dysfunction can feel embarrassing to talk about, but it is 100% worth it to seek help. The “fourth trimester” is real, and when you support yourself through it, you will be amazed in the healing that takes place.”

Ocupational Therapist
I'm Erin, one of the pelvic floor therapists here at GoodLife! I've been an occupational therapist for 6 years, but found my passion for pelvic floor therapy 2 years ago. I'm originally from western Nebraska and love going back home to spend time with my family, including my crazy bunch of nieces and nephews. Outside of work, you'll typically find me and my husband working on home renovation projects, or hanging out at K-State baseball games.
“Dr. Erin from the Manhattan, Kansas, GoodLife Pelvic Health office is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy provider. Dr. Wright is professional in her approach to pelvic health, and has provided the best care I have ever received.”

What We Treat.
-
Pelvic Pain
Constant or occasional pain and discomfort in the abdomen, groin, genitals, or tailbone.
-
Urinary Dysfunction
This can include either issues with leaking or difficulty with emptying.
-
Gut & Bowel Health
Difficulty passing a bowel, leaking feces, bloating, and symptoms of digestive issues.
-
Men's Health
Men have pelvic floors too…and need rehab post-op, to address pain, or other dysfunctions.
-
Sexual dysfunction
Pain with sex, penetration, painful erection or ejaculation, difficulty achieving orgasm, or any discomfort following sexual intercourse.
-
Orthopedic Pelvic Pain
The pelvis connects to the spine and hips, so dysfunction in neighboring body parts affects the pelvic floor. Let’s take care of it all.
-
Pre- & Post-partum Conditions
The body changes during and after pregnancy. Whatever symptom keeps you from feeling great is a treatment priority.
-
Core or Pelvic Issues
Core weakness or muscle imbalances can cause dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles. Restoring health to the whole system is key.
“I didn’t think there was any solution for my pelvic pain. Roxi helped me achieve relief and I’ve been able to get back to gardening and going for evening walks again. Thank you so much!”
